What is free, what uses credits, and how Relay billing works.
Relay is free to start. Paid research uses credits, because live keyword, search result, and backlink data costs money for each lookup. Relay shows the cost before you run a paid lookup.

1,000 credits buy $1 of research data.
What is free
- Search Console insights, opportunities, and experiments.
- Your projects, project context, saved keywords, and reports.
- Connection checks from your AI agent, such as listing your projects.
Top-ups
You can buy extra credits at any time: $1 for 1,000 credits. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is open. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period.
Billing
Stripe processes payments. Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing, and you keep paid features until the end of the period. See the Terms of Service for the full rules.
