Portfolio and agencies

Compare your projects side by side, let an agency follow a client organization, and brand the reports you share.

The Portfolio page

Open the project switcher and click Portfolio. The page shows one row for each active project in your organization:

  • Open opportunities: how many opportunities still need work, by status.
  • Experiments: how many tracked changes are encouraging, inconclusive, negative or still measuring.
  • Credits this month: what the project committed this month, and its monthly limit when it has one. Click Change limits to set limits on the Billing page.
  • Clicks and impressions: the project's last 28 days of Search Console queries.

Every member can open the page. It changes nothing and uses no credits.

Search Console totals

The page reads the Search Console data that each project's dashboard already stored. It never asks Google for new data, so the page stays fast and free. When a project's dashboard has not loaded its search data yet, the row says so. Open that project's dashboard once to load it.

Each row shows its 28-day window. Other dates marks a project whose stored window ends before the newest one on the page, so you don't compare different dates by mistake.

The totals add up the queries Search Console reports. Search Console keeps some rare queries private, so the totals can be lower than the totals in Search Console's own report.

Who can approve pull requests

Owners always approve the pull requests Relay opens. An owner can let other members approve them:

  • For every project: in Settings → Organization, open a member's menu and click Allow to approve pull requests. Their role shows Admin, Approver.
  • For one project: in Project settings → Integrations → Pull request approvers, check the members who may approve that project's pull requests, then click Save approvers. When a project lists approvers, only those members and the owners approve its pull requests. To let only owners approve, check just the owners. Click Let every approver approve to remove the list.

Admins who joined before approval became its own permission keep approving until an owner turns it off. Members who can't approve can still prepare changes and read every proposal.

Agency access

An agency keeps each client in the client's own organization, with the client's own billing. A client's projects never move into the agency's organization.

To follow a client organization:

  1. Join the client organization. Its owner invites you from Settings → Organization.
  2. In your agency organization, open Settings → Organization → Agency access and click Ask for access next to the client organization. Only an owner can ask.
  3. The client's owner opens Agency access in their organization and clicks Accept.

Your Portfolio page then shows the client's projects in their own section: project names and domains, open opportunity counts, experiment results, credits spent and Search Console totals. Nothing else from the client is shared, and the agency can't change anything through this access. Either owner can end it at any time with End access or Stop following.

Branding for shared reports

In Settings → Organization → Shared report branding, owners and admins can add a logo (a PNG or JPEG of at most 48 KB) and a brand color. Shared report pages then show your logo in the header and use your color. AI agents also use the color as the accent of reports they write from a report template.

On a paid plan, branded shared reports show your organization's name instead of the Relay mark, and their link previews do too. On the free plan, the Relay mark stays. Click Remove branding to go back to the standard page.
